If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR Articles 15–22. Our legal basis for processing your facial photos is your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of its sale or sharing, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
If you are in Illinois, the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) applies. We obtain your written informed consent before collecting any facial geometry data, we do not profit from it, and we destroy it within 90 days after your account is deleted or the purpose of collection is fulfilled.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at supportchronicai@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
