These Subscription Terms describe pricing, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation for Ascend Pro and the 75-Day Transformation guide. They form part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

Products and Prices
Ascend offers three recurring subscriptions and one optional one-time purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are billed in your local currency where supported. Display prices may vary by region, promotion, and platform.

The price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is the price that will be charged. If a price changes, your existing subscription continues at your original price until your next renewal — we will notify you before the new price applies.

The 75-Day Transformation guide is a separate one-time purchase. It is not included in any Pro subscription tier.

Auto-Renewal
By starting a Pro subscription you authorise Ascend (via the relevant billing platform: Google Play, Apple, Razorpay, or Dodo Payments) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date for the same plan and price unless you cancel.
Renewals are automatic. No action is required to keep your subscription active.
Renewals charge approximately 24 hours before the end of the current period (this is the standard for Google Play and Apple).
If a renewal payment fails, the platform may retry. If it continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled and Pro features will be disabled.
You will not receive a separate email per renewal — your billing platform sends a receipt.

Free Trials and Introductory Offers
From time to time we may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or promotional pricing. Where these apply:
The trial period and trial duration are clearly displayed before you confirm purchase.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the standard subscription price and auto-renewal begins.
You can only redeem an introductory offer once per Apple ID, Google account, or payment method.
Unused trial days are forfeited if you upgrade or change plans during a trial.

How to Cancel
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep your Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time after cancellation (see Refunds below).
Android (Google Play)
1.Open the Google Play Store app on the device with your Ascend subscription.
2.Tap your profile icon (top right) and select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3.Tap Ascend, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
4.Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
iOS / iPadOS (Apple)
1.Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
2.Tap Subscriptions.
3.Tap Ascend, then Cancel Subscription.
4.Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Web (Razorpay — India)
1.Email supportchronicai@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and the email associated with your Ascend account.
2.We will cancel your subscription within one business day and confirm by reply.
3.Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Web (Dodo Payments — international)
1.Open the receipt email Dodo sent at purchase — it contains a self-service cancellation link.
2.Alternatively, email supportchronicai@gmail.com from the email associated with your Ascend account.
3.Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the platform that processed your payment, not on Ascend directly.
Google Play: refunds are governed by Google Play's standard refund policy. Requests within 48 hours of the first purchase are typically auto-approved. After that, contact Google Play support.
Apple App Store: refunds are at Apple's discretion. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Razorpay (India): contact us at supportchronicai@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
Dodo Payments (international): contact us at supportchronicai@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
We do not refund unused time on a cancelled subscription unless required by law.
If you have a statutory right to cancel under EU/UK consumer protection law (the 14-day cooling-off period), this right applies and we will honour it on web purchases. By starting your subscription you agree that delivery of digital content may begin immediately, and you acknowledge that this can affect your cooling-off right under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Restoring Purchases
On Android and iOS, if you re-install the app, sign out, or change devices, tap Restore Purchases in the app (Profile screen) to re-link your subscription. This works via your Google account or Apple ID, not via Ascend. Restoration is free.

Switching Plans
You can switch between Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly tiers at any time:
On Google Play and Apple, the platform handles proration automatically. Your new tier starts immediately and you are credited the unused portion of the previous tier.
On web, contact supportchronicai@gmail.com and we will switch you and apply a manual proration credit.

Family Sharing and Multiple Devices
Ascend Pro is tied to your individual account, not your Apple ID or Google account. Family Sharing is not currently supported. Your Pro subscription syncs across all devices signed in with the same Ascend account, but it cannot be shared with family members' accounts.
